Uprooting the nursery has started

The young vines come back home and will then be classified.

We have recently begun to uprrot the vine-nursery. Here, the vines are dug with a plow from the nursery and brought home.

At home, follows on seamlessly the classifiying of the vines. Here the ones, where the conjunction of scion and rootstock ist not optimal, will be thrown away.The good vines are disinfected, waxed and packed for sale.

When the vines then have been controlled by a government agency and thus be certified, can theoretically delivery start. In practice, the winegrowers let the vines usually in our storage until shortly before planting.
